  • General note

The Duxton Nuts walnut farm in Yanco NSW has 135,000 trees spread across 580 hectares. It is expected to yield 3,000 tonnes annually when in full production, making it the second-largest walnut orchard in Australia. Peter and Katherine Herrmann are one of many Australian farming families that have faced considerable economic hardship in recent years. They have diversified their business model and implemented sustainable practices to continue providing locally grown Australian produce.
