These changes mainly affect unpublished collection material relating to literary, artistic, dramatic, and musical works. We are currently in the process of updating the Library’s catalogue to reflect these changes. You are advised that existing rights statements in some catalogue records may not reflect the recent amendments to the Act. Please ensure that you are satisfied that your proposed usage of these collections is in accordance with the new amendments to the Copyright Act.
