Emily Sun (1991-) is a Chinese Australian violinist. Both parents are string players and her father was a violinist in various Chinese orchestras. Sun starred in the lead role of the documentary, 'Mrs. Carey's concert' and has won many competitions including the ABC Young Performers Award, 2018. Sun studied at the Royal College of Music, London and is now Professor of Violin there. She release a solo album, 'Nocturnes', which was shortlisted for Best Classical Album in the ARIA Awards, 2021.
