    Sarah Grunstein talks about her parents' experiences as Polish Jews and Holocaust survivors, and her childhood upbringing as part of the Jewish diaspora, growing up in Bondi Junction, New South Wales. Grunstein recounts her upbringing and learning the piano from Nancy Salas. She talks about receiving a Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee award and her experience studying and teaching at the Juilliard School, New York, USA. Grunstein talks about living in New York City, including during the covid-19 pandemic. She discusses her interest in Australian compositions and her plans for the future.
