  19 personal letters from May Gibbs to her cousin Marian Shand, 1955-1967. The letters tell of the day to day events in the life of May Gibbs, from her fear of getting colds and her general health, other family members and friends and visitors to her home "Nutcote', and her thankfulness for the generosity her cousin gives her. Some letters are accompanied with penciled notes of background information and 1 manilla envelope titled 'May's correspondence'.
