Typed notes, presumably from JOF, setting out the details of his discussion with the Premier of NSW regarding the allocation of the Lotto franchise. It is undated.

    The remainder of the file contains memos between the chief editorial executive and the chairman on matters relating to the various papers, complaints from readers and meeting new members of the Sydney Morning Herald staff.
