Scott Banner, photographer, was born in Manly, Sydney. In 1990, he spent the year travelling through Asia, the UK and Europe. After obtaining a degree in Archaeology at the University of Sydney in 1996, he spent five months travelling in Asia and Europe, and it was during this period that he explored photography in greater depth. To explore black & white photography, Banner then became involved with Point Light Gallery in Surry Hills, Sydney.
