Comprises 10 artworks on archival canson paper depicting patterns and shapes of rural grasslands, treetops, termite nests, mountains and the ocean, as well as city skyscrapers. Artworks contain handwritten titles and annotations by the artist, some of which are different or not included in the final book publication.

1. Treetops circle each other in a wild bush dance. Circle shape. pg 2-3

Bronwyn Bancroft's book 'Shapes of Australia', published in 2017, is a companion book Bancroft’s 'Colours of Australia' published in 2016. The illustrations draw inspiration from Bancroft's Indigenous cultural heritage, the Australian landscape, and her home at the base of the Bundjalung State Forest, in New South Wales.
