    Oatlands (Bettington's)

    (Originally Simpson's)

    Ten acres on south-eastern slope was trenched and planted with grape vines by convicts. Old cells were later converted to water stotage
    The original house was added to by the Bettingtons. A front of two stories; doors, floors and fittings inside and outside are built of cedar. Front window and doors are curved like Elizabeth Bay House
