    Slides and photographs of East-West Airlines, Woodville farm and business people. Includes many of Don Shand standing on tarmacs alongside East West Airlines aeroplanes, one in front of a Boeing 737 with Lew Wallick, chief test pilot for Boeing (signed by Wallick), and some of Shand with pilots and air hostesses. Several photographs produced by Country Life of East West Airlines aeroplanes. Also photographs of Shand attending business functions and working on the farm. Photographs of Woodville include the early farming days, a plane crop dusting, mechanical harvesting of hybrid seed maize and Land Army girls working in the fields. Also some photographs of Shand with Dale Forrest, Miss San Francisco, in Armidale.

    Photographs of Don Shand, family and friends at home, at functions and overseas. Includes the homestead at 'Woodville', Shand's wedding to Beryl Downe in 1952, overseas trips, his horse 'Young Cavalier' at the race track, portraits of his mother Mrs J.B. Shand, and his dog 'Bernie'. Ephemera items include a brochure for Apple Tree Cottage, Padnoller, Nether Stowey, England, and two small calendars (a 1937 calendar attached to a board with a photograph featuring a white kangaroo captured on Woodville by Shand and also a 1938 calender with the 'Canterbury Cathedral, Monastery Ruins' on cover). Postcards from various places, mostly England. Also a Japanese watercolour painting signed 'Tananchin' (or 'Taranchin').

    Photographs of the Wigan and Hyde families, relatives of Don Shand's two wives (1898-ca. 1930). Two photographs identified as: Captain Apotheus (?) Cotville Hyde and Isabel A. Hyde. Most photographs unidentified. Note with photographs: 'These photographs possibly only Wigan relatives (Shand's first wife was Evelyn Wigan, widow of late Dr. Wigan)'.
