Smith's letter about the lack of oysters in the Tamar estuary; map of Glenorchy and Hobart showing land allotments with people's names; map of Bass's Straits [i.e. Tasmania]; letters of thanks from a range of individuals including Abbott, Archer, Gunn, Graves, M.L. Smith, Peyton-Jones, Wright, Walch & Sons booksellers in Hobart Town, Wedge, Thompson, Belluvue, Emmett, Robinson, Ried, Allison, Bowen, and Hudson.
