    3. 10. Hosing on lawn at home. At home after the holidays Kolo feels hot & cross and wishes he was still at the sea - but his Mummy has a good idea - and Kolo is soon happy again

  • General note

    "Little Kolo and his Mummy" was published in Mother magazine in the late 1950s through till the early 1960s. Each strip was 3 frames depicting Kolo's domestic adventures. It ran for 3 years and 3 months until the format of the journal changed and it was dropped
    Hawkins varies the spelling of the koala's name between Little Kolo and Little Colo, sometimes abbreviated in these drawings to Lit C.
