  This second interview session focuses on Tohby Riddle’s working routine, how he explores ideas, approach to problem solving, principles that shape his work, the role of design and being a designer of many of his books. Recent titles are discussed as well as the starting points for these books and their development, visual style, influences, issues, and reception by readers. The interview concludes by reflecting on changes in the publishing industry, and a brief discussion of March of the Ants (2023) a collaboration with author Ursula Dubosarsky.
