- Scope and ContentThe third recording begins with Robin's brief employment as a publisher at Ashton Scholastic, her time at UTS studying for a PhD and her work for IBBY (The International Board on Books for Young People). She reflects on teaching Australian children's literature at Simmons College, and on her experiences judging awards including the Hans Christian Andersen Award. She talks about some key publications in Australian children's literature and finishes with recollections of her experience during COVID lockdown when she started an online reading program with her grandchildren (which she has written about in Magpies: Talking about books for children)
