  Annotation on photo mount reads "Given to Jeff Seims", likely referring to Geoff Siems who inherited Herbert Park Station from his father. Ray Siems purchased the property from the Cobcroft family in 1978; the Cobcrofts had bought Herbert Park Station from its original owners, the Jenkins family, in 1929.

  Herbert Park Station was a 92, 160 acre property located about halfway between the towns of Armidale and Guyra in New South Wales, owned by George Henry Vaughan Jenkins (1852-1910) and named after the family surname of his wife, Beatrice Mary Herbert (d.1931). The property's primary use was sheep-carrying, but it was also known for its horse breeding, and was home to an orchard and extensive food crops of 100 acres.
