    Waltons was originally a department store for men established in George Street, Sydney, in 1955. It went on to expand as a generic department store across NSW, ACT, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. From 1955 until 1960 the company was known as Walton Sears Limited, and from 1981 as Waltons Bond Limited. The company ceased trading as Waltons in 1987.
