    Cecil Bedford Stephen (1840-1910) was a King’s Counsel from one of Australia’s most prominent legal dynasties. Stephen, who was also a keen photographer, resided at 'Ardenbraught' house, Woollahra, Point (Point Piper). In 1873 he married Alice Jane Tooth, daughter of Frederick and Jane Tooth. Cecil Stephen died on 3 July 1910, aged 69, at his home in Woollahra.
