Index cards (approximately 300) detailing license details for a variety of properties; descriptions of hotels and motels, including name of licensee, tenancy rates, assets, licence fees, bar takings, rents and wages. There is correspondence, photographs, clippings, and other ephemera interspersed amongst the cards. Cards appear to be indexed by amount of license and city and country areas, with some alphabetically organised, although some order appears to have been lost
