  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    Dr Charles W. Mills, a dispenser at Bathurst Hospital, was described by a local newspaper in 1891 as Bathurst’s leading amateur photographer. He resigned his position at Bathurst Hospital in 1892, leaving the area.
