Photographs have Rogers Photo Archive label attached verso. In 2013, Fairfax Media sent their photographic archive to Rogers Photo Archive, in Arkansas, USA, for digitisation. Shortly after, an American court took possession of the John Rogers Photo Archive, including the Fairfax Media archive. In 2017 after court proceedings against Rogers Photo Archive, about 2 million photographs from the Fairfax Media Archive were sold to Duncan Miller Gallery, Los Angeles.
