    'Edens lost' was a three part mini series aired on the ABC in February 1989. The production is an adaptation of Sumner Locke Eilliott's novel of the same title. The production was produced by Margaret Fink, directed by Neil Armfield and written by Michael Gow. It won the AFI Awards for Best Direction in a mini series and Best mini series Screenplay, 1989, and Best television drama at the International Television and Movie Festival in New Jersey, USA, 1989. Julie Blake won AFI and Sammy Awards for Best actress in a TV drama.
