The St George Association for People with Physical Disabilities (1954-2018) was a community-based organisation that offered assistance to people affected by polio sequela, arthritis, cerebral palsy and similar diseases. Volunteers organised monthly speakers and social outings, as well as running a craft and book club and performing administrative tasks. Through the provision of volunteer service, the Association offered practical and emotional support to people living with physical disability. The Association closed in 2018.

Since its creation in May 1954, the Association underwent the following name changes:
    1. St. George District Fellowship of the Poliomyelitis Society
