    In this interview, Dr Jean Lennane speaks about her career as a psychiatrist and working at Broughton Hall and Callan Park from 1976-1990. Dr Lennane also discusses the amalgamation of Broughton Hall and Callan Park, and the reaction of staff, her involvement in the Salaried Doctors Union, establishing 'Whistle Blowers', the 1983 Richmond Report, and her termination in 1990.
