Richard Ernest Nowell Twopeny (1857-1915) was a journalist and author. He was chosen by the Australian pastoralists to establish and edit the 'Australasian Pastoralists' Review' with Captain Albert Pearse, 1891. The name changed to 'Pastoralist's Review' and later to 'The Pastoral Review: A journal and a record of all matters affecting the pastoral and agricultural interests throughout Australasia', 1913. The journal was then named, 'The Pastoral Review and Graziers' Record: On all matters affecting the grazing, study breeding and agricultural interests of Australia and New Zealand', then reverted back to 'The Pastoral Review' in 1968. The magazine ceased publication in 1977.
