Scope and Content
The handwritten journals in nine volumes cover the playright's personal life, social and political commentary, and theatrical productions with Bell Shakespeare Company, the Griffin Theatre, State Opera companies and Opera Australia’. The diaries are interleaved with loose material including programs, flyers, photographs, news cuttings, letters and cards.
