    The photograph was published in several newspapers in July 1931, including the Daily Telegraph, which had the accompanying caption, ‘Air-Commodore and Mrs Kingsford Smith with the attractive new Triumph Super-Seven Saloon which they recently purchased from Buckle Motors, Ltd.’
