  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

Fuller State Electorate Council (SEC) was the Australian Labor Party's central administrative and campaigning body in the New South Wales state electorate of Fuller, located in suburban Sydney. When the electorate was abolished in 1981 and largely replaced by Gladesville, the SEC changed its name to Gladesville State Electorate Council.
Brian Frankham was secretary of Fuller, and later Gladesville, SEC from 1976-1988. He was campaign director for Rodney Cavalier, the member for Fuller and later Gladesville in the NSW Legislative Assembly between 1978 and 1988. During Cavalier’s time as Minister for Education from 1984 to 1988, Frankham served as his policy advisor.
