Vendor acquired collection from John Sangster when Sangster moved to Queensland

Music manuscripts in Sangster’s hand of original compositions and arrangements, including 11 original themes by Sangster for television and radio commercials, films and recordings, registered with APRA 1969-1970, and 26 isolated band parts for 17 titles, not forming complete sets. Also 2 pages of notes in Sangster’s hand relating to a tour schedule in Perth and Melbourne.

Qantas Pacesetter. Radio commercial for Jackson Wain Agency. Music composed, arranged, and recorded by J. Sangster. Recorded 28/11/1969 (nine versions) at United Sound Studios. Stamped by APRA 2/9/1970.
