  • Scope and Content
    The job allocated no. 1 in the database was by Dupain in 1957 for Charles Berg and was portraits of two children. However, the date of the earliest photograph in the database is ca 1936 and is by Max Dupain for the artist Douglas Annand. Another job in 1936 was by Olive Cotton for Australian Wireless Amalgamated. Dupain's last job was a commission for The Australian in April-May 1992 to photograph the Australian gold medal winners, Duncan Armstrong, Herb Elliott, Debbie Flintoff, Michelle Ford and Bill Roycroft to celebrate 1992 Barcelona Olympics. The last commissioned job in the electronic database is job no. 14297 for FHA Image Design, undertaken by Eric Sierins in 1998.
