- Collection historyThese papers were in the possession of the donor's father, James Denton Moors, who was a senior partner in the Sydney firm of solicitors Fisher and Macansh before his retirement in 1975. It is possible that they were from the strongroom of the Fisher and Macansh office, and were unclaimed by clients. James Denton Moors commented in a note with the Casement papers that they had been found in the strongroom in 1971.
