  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

The Sydney College mostly catered for the sons of professional people, the sons of army officers and the sons of wealthy businessmen and merchants. The King's School Parramatta's clientele up to 1850 drew most of its pupils from the sons of tradesmen and small farmers. Peter Yeend compiled these two documents while he was Archivist at The King's School.
