Wollongong Broadcasting Pty Limited was a subsidiary of Broadcasting Associates Pty Limited responsible for the management of radio station 2WL. It is unclear why the company was renamed Fairfax Letterbox Australia Pty Limited following an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on 27 January 1987. After this reincarnation the company was involved with the distribution and sales of newspapers and magazines - similar to the role of the Circulation Department.
