The series consists of transfer journals and share registers from Joynton Avenue No. 2 (Formerly Ninety Four Epsom Road Zetland Pty Limited]; Fairfax Publications Pty Limited; Manoa Investments Pty Limited; Planned Music Queensland Pty Limited.
The transfer journal show the sequential number of the transfer; transferror; name and address of the transferee; description (Or type of share) new certificate number; share ledger folio and number of shares transferred; date of meeting approving the transfer and initials of the officer.
The share registers show the name, address and occupation of the shareholder; nominal value per share; the date of acquisition of the shares; transfer number; transfer journal folio; number of shares acquired and transferred; balance of shares held and certificate number.
