The first meeting of the Directors took place at the offices of Dawson Waldron in Sydney on 30 January 1987. The Herald and Weekly Times Limited had been a shareholder of Votraint No. 297 until May 1987 when John Fairfax Pty Limited acquired their shareholding .
The company was liquidated following an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 2 September 1992.
