Particulars of Directors include the forms 'Particulars of Directors' and 'Particulars of Managers and Secretaries' and 'Register of Directors' Shareholdings.
Particulars of Directors consists of a separate form for each directors. The details include the name, address and occupation of the director; dates of birth, appointment and ceasing to be a director; declaration of acceptance of the office of a director; and details of other directorships. Attached to the form is a letter by the director in which the relevant personal details are provided.
Particulars of Manager and Secretaries is a form required to be completed by the Corporate Affairs Commission. The form provides for the following details Office in company [Managers or Secretaries] full name; address; other occupation; nature of appointment or change with the relevant date.
Register of Directors' Shareholdings is similarly a form required by the Corporate Affairs Commission. The form provides the following information name, address and occupation of the director; name of company, nature of interest; details of shares transferred; full number of shares held and the date.
