The share register includes the allotment register; transfer journal; register of members; and register of Directors, managers and secretaries.
The allotment register is incomplete and contains only one entry for the allotment of shares to Fairfax Corporation Pty Limited on 6 July 1992.
The transfer journal is likewise incomplete and commences with transfer No. 18 on 18 December 1964. The Transfer journal shows the sequential transfer number, date of the lodgement of transfer, number of shares transferred and their distinctive numbers, the class of shares; the amount paid; the name of the transferor, folio (in the register of members) the transferee, including address and occupation; number of scrip cancelled; number of scrip issued; date of confirmation by the Board..
The Register of Members gives the full name and address and occupation of the shareholder; date shares were allotted or transferred; the transfer folio number; the distinctive numbers of the shares; the number of shares transferred or acquired; date and the balance held.
The list of members shows the folio number in the Register of members, full name, address and occupation of the member number of shares held and amount paid. The first list of members is dated 17 September 1958 and there are several additional lists to 21 December 1965.
The register of directors shows the full name, residential address, nationality and occupation of the director. Similar details are recorded for the Managers and secretaries.
The register also includes the annual returns of Wollongong Broadcasting Pty Ltd for the years 1958 - 1965.
Loose inside the back of the volume is a copy of the minutes of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Wollongong Broadcasting Pty Limited in June 1958 for an increase in the capital and an application for a share transfer, including a share certificate for Gordon Scott Jennings in 1976.
There is a photocopy of the Certificate of incorporation on change of name to Fairfax Letterbox Australia Pty Ltd dated 25 February 1987.
