Memorandum and Articles of Association for Surita Pty Ltd were signed by Anthony Philip Sheehan and Helen Christine Mitchell on 14 March 1979. The company was incorporated in New South Wales on 4 April 1979. Surita was an investment company that could deal in real and personal property; carry on businesses, apply for patents, invest and deal with money; and act as a Trustee for a person, firm or company. In 1986 (the exact date appears to be unknown) the company was re-named Fairfax Investments Pty Ltd . At a meeting of Directors on 13 August 1992 it was determined that the company be wound up as the company had ceased trading. This occurred at an extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders on 2 September 1992. The company was deregistered on 5 June 1993.

The Transfer Journal shows the transfer number, date of the transfer, the transferor, the transferee, address, certificate number, folio (in the register of members), number of shares and their distinctive numbers, cost of shares, amount paid up and the date of the entry
The Register of Directors shows the name of the director, residential address, occupation, other directorships; nature or change of appointment, dates of changes to the appointment and signature.
The Register of Managers and Secretaries shows the office held; full name; address; other occupations if relevant; any change to the appointment and date
The Register of Directors' Shareholdings show the surname, given names, number of shares; kind of shares, name of the company in which the shares are held, date, cost and any remarks
The Register of Members gives the full name and address of the shareholder; date shares were allotted or transferred the number of shares, their distinctive numbers and the balance held.
