Every employee who is classified by the Principle Employer as Permanent Driver shall participate in the section of the Plan to which this part of the Rules applies and shall on making written application in a form approved by the Trustee become a member to whom this part or the Rules applies and be deemed to have approved of and shall be bound by all the provisions of this Deed and this Part of the Rules.
Contributions - The member shall contribute to the Plan an amount equal to at least one dollars fifty cents per week as his contribution to the Plan.
The employer shall subject to Clause 2 of this Deed contribute to the Plan in respect of each member an amount equal to one dollars fifty cents per week as his contribution to the Plan.
Policy was amended on 19/1/1971 from $1.50 per week contribution to $2.50 per week
