The Executive staff register consists of correspondence between the trustees of the Superannuation and Retiring Allowance Scheme and the various executives to confirm their dates of birth and date of commencement with the company. Many of the executives responded with considerable information about their careers.
The volume also contains a booklet containing the names of the executive staff at 13 September 1944 together with their dates of birth, joining the service and retirement are is set out. This was maintained and continued to be annotated until the last of the executive group retired on 13 December 1986.
