- ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORYThe Daily Telegraph News Pictorial was established in Sydney and registered as a company on 12 December 1927.
In February 1930 the remaining shares were purchased by Associated Newspapers Limited. The company was wound up voluntarily on 28 September 1930 by an extraordinary meeting of shareholders. - Scope and ContentThe minute book contains the meetings of the Board and of shareholders. The Board meetings initially addressed the establishment of the company - registration, appointment of directors, adoption of seal , appointment of staff , purchase of equipment. The regular meetings approved accounts received financial statements, reports regarding circulation and paper stocks and considered applications for donations.
