Alice Cole and her family resided in Katoomba NSW. For many years, Alice Cole was receptionist at the Hydro-Majestic Hotel at Medlow Bath. After retirement Alice travelled a great deal, and wrote fine descriptions of her travels in the 1960's and 1970's in Australia and around the world. - Scope and ContentThere are 4 families referenced in these papers. These are the Cole, Thibault, Ewers and Sarin-Andersons families. However much of the material relates to Alice Cole and her family, who resided in Katoomba NSW, and at one time and for many years, Alice Cole was receptionist at the Hydro-Majestic Hotel at Medlow Bath. After retirement Alice Cole travelled a great deal, and wrote fine descriptions of her travels in the 1960's and 1970's in Australia and around the world.
