The Ku-ring-gai Civic Trust, formed in 1971, was an organisation consisting of a large number of Ku-ring-gai residents for the purpose of maintaining the residential character of Ku-ring-gai as an area of garden suburbs in a bushland setting.
Anne Bullen was an alderman of the Ku-ring-gai Municipal Council, secretary of the Ku-ring-gai Civic Trust and Committee member of Ku-ring-gai Ratepayers Defence League.
