  • Scope and Content
12 silver gelatin photographs with pencil and ink captions inserted in a generic ‘Snapshots’ album with cardboard covers. It contains black and white photographs of Jean Garling's family, ca. 1915-1918, including her parents Alfred and Minnie Garling, and her sisters Daisy Burke and Lois. In many of the photographs they are posed with the family motor car. Daisy’s husband John Burke and Lois’ fiancé, Francis Thomas Billingsley Walker are also present in several photographs.
