Personal documents such as Curriculum Vitae, contracts and art assignments, 1978-2005 (in 1 folder).

BOX 2:
Pastel Society of NSW records, 1989-1990 (in 1 folder). Bob Baird was the founding President.

Newscuttings collected, 1990-2006 and undated (in 1 folder).

Printed material collected in the course of Bob Baird’s activities as an artist and jazz musician, 1946, 1975-2014 and undated (in 4 folders). Includes promotional material, newsletters of various art societies, exhibition catalogues including Royal Art Society of NSW, 1946, and flyers for jazz events.

FOLDER 3 (RESTRICTED):
Comprises address lists which have been removed from the records in Boxes 1 and 2 for privacy reasons: Australian Watercolour Institute members 1991, 2005, 2008; Peninsula Art Society committee and members 1995, 1999; Doubly Gifted exhibiting artists 2010.
