The Committee of Management came into existence pursuant to amendments to the Constitution of Greens New South Wales (para 7.13) in 2001. Its purpose being to make decisions between State Delegates Council meetings that cannot wait for the next meeting of the State Delegates Council.
Scope and Content
The record is of decisions made by a QDM (Quick Decision Making) procedure, which by email rather than at face-to-face meetings.
