  • General note

    At the bottom of the index is explanatory text, "Numbers 1 to 14 inclusive are from sketches by Bock from life in the possession of The Royal Society of Tasmania. The remainder are photographs taken from life in 1866, and the ages given are up to that date". Number 32 is a photographic copy of a watercolour view.
