  • Scope and Content
    A colour screen print, cream silk decorative panel with linked tassels knotted around the edge.

    Titled bottom right "Souvenir of Egypt", the centrepiece shows a view of the Nile to the Pyramids with palm trees, camels and local people. The border is edged with 6 draped flags and oval portraits of the leaders of the allied forces. The Australian Blue Ensign on the bottom edge has only 5 five-pointed stars.
