Deas Thomson dated 20 Oct 1862 to William in London, regarding estimated costs of statue, and report to be presented to the Governor regarding proposal, also with remarks on W. C. Wentworth and the Cowper Ministry, in envelope stamped "Saved from the wreck of the Colombo"; letters from E.
