John and Elizabeth Macarthur established convict-built Belgenny Farm on part of the original 5000 acres granted to the family by Lord Camden in 1805. The Macarthurs established Merino wool production, wheat growing, dairying, horticulture and grape growing.

Includes business records, correspondence, and photographs of Belgenny Farm which is a part of the Camden Park Estate, dating from 1899 to 1985. Also includes records of the Rotolator, sub-division of the Estate, wool and dairy production, and wine making.
