Professional photographer Jack Picone recorded the effects of AIDS in 1999 and poverty in Newcastle in 2009. He also photographed aspects of shopping in Sydney at markets and high end fashion stores and recorded the last hermit resident at South Bondi sea cliffs in 1999.
